Returns Policy

You will be responsible for all shipping costs when the return or exchange items are returned to us.

Need to return a product?

14 Day Return Policy

If there is any problem with your delivered purchase, we at Smokers Choice UK LTD offer a simple 14 Day Return Policy.

Please note returns are only subject to the following policies:

·First and foremost, no returns are accepted on all sales on glass products e.g. glass pipes etc.

·For any product you would like to return, you must send us an enquiry on smokerschoiceuk@hotmail.com in order to have a valid return authorisation code. Contact us for more information.

·We only accept returns for unused items in their original condition. If the item has been used, unfortunately we wont be able to accept it as a return.

·Return date are initiated within 14 days of when you receive your order from us.

·Any purchased items subject for returns must be returned with original packaging and any included accessories.

·We reserve the right to refuse or exchange on a returned product if it does not meet our returns policy.

Exchanging your product?

Exchange Policy

We will happily exchange your product if there is a problem with your order. For example, if the wrong item was sent to you or if the product was defective. Our exchange policy is also subject to 14 Day Return Policy and is only accepted under the following conditions:

·The product was damaged when you first received your order.

·The product is defective and does not function properly.

·The wrong product was sent to you.

·You are not 100% happy with your purchase and you would like to exchange it for another product.

If you are exchanging a product for any reason, it must be returned in unopened and sealed packaging. You will be responsible for any shipping costs that may occur.

Want a refund for your item?

Refund policy

We at Smokers Choice UK LTD also offer a 14 Day Refund Policy if you wish to return your order for a refund. Orders for a refund must meet our criteria as follows:

·The original shipping cost will be reduced from your refund amount.

·Refund payments are usually made the same method you used to pay for your order. You may be contacted for more information.

·We will try our best to refund your refund payment within 5 working days after we have received the returned item.

If you have received an item that was damaged, please consider exchanging the product instead. Smokers Choice UK strives to deliver you the best customer service and ensure you get exactly what you are looking for. We are happy to replace any product, if you have any further questions please contact us at smokerschoiceuk@gmail.com.

Important: All products are quality checked before it leaves the warehouse. It is unlikely that the item you received is damaged therefore, please fully check the item before use for any damage as after use we are not able to provide you with a refund or replace the used item.

If the item you received from us is damaged, please email us a picture of the item, alongside with the invoice and packaging.

After inspection, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.

During this, you may be required to send the item back using a return slip that will be provided and paid by us.

Goods returned without authorization

All orders placed on Smokers Choice UK LTD website is not eligible to be returned or refunded, which is why we send a return authorization code. If no code, unfortunately we are able to accept the returned item or provide a refund.
